Ordering:

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is complete. Your tracking and or pickup information will be sent via email when your order has been processed. If you have not received your order confirmation please check your junk mail. If still not received please contact

Shipping:

TheRawHairCollection currently ships orders using USPS or UPS. All orders made will be subject to the processing time of 6-8 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, Holidays are not included. If we are out of stock or a shipment is coming in you will be notified of potential delay and your order will be shipped out upon arrival of inventory. Once shipped out the standard shipping timeframe is 3-5 business days, (Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update). Carrier services do not deliver mail on Federal holidays or when Post Offices are closed due to national disasters, and bad weather. Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order departs us. Please note that once packages are received by UPS/USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to the carrier service. Once a package is dropped off to the carrier service for delivery, we no longer have any control over the package. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, TheRawHairCollection will help resolve the issue to the best of our ability, yet we offer you the ability to purchase shipping insurance through ROUTE on ALL shipments at checkout.

EXPRESS SHIPPING:

1 day shipping is available, but the 6-8 business day processing time still applies. Shipments may be substantially delayed during the holiday season. USPS/UPS does not deliver mail on Federal holidays or when Post Offices are closed due to national disasters, and bad weather.
