Refund Policy

Chargeback Statement:

We have zero tolerance for chargebacks. If chargebacks are conducted we will contact you to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue we will contact your bank and you may be subject to legal action taken against you. Initiators of chargebacks will also be subject to debts being turned over to a collection agency if the debt remains unresolved.

Chargebacks will result in an additional $15 inconvenience fee.

Returns/Exchanges

We are committed to providing you with the highest quality hair products. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items. This policy is in place because we stand firmly behind the quality and integrity of our products.
